Hi:
I filed on July 23, I-140 and 485 concurrent.
I got EAD on 5th Oct.
I had fingerpring done on OCT12.
Whne Fingerprinting was done, with 2 of my fingers, it gave message
Warning !!!!!!!! Matched (with RED color) . Rest all fingers, it displayed passed with Green color.
Does it mean it matches with some kind of FBI database and Do I need to worry about it?
Please help gurus. I have lost my sleep.

Can anyone please comment on Massachusetts licensing requirements? and the validity period for someone who is working on EAD? Thanks!
Fortunately, MA is still unaffected by the xenophobic policies regarding Driver's Licenses that are prevalent in other states. You can renew your license online, and the length or the nature of the validity of your immigration status has no influence on the type or duration of the driver's license. How long this will stay like this in MA is anybody's guess. I am sure they will also become restrictive when pressure is brought on by REAL ID regulations.

Guys..I'm sorry ..I'm mixing up things,,Here are the accurate details..
Labour Priority date is Nov'20 2007
My I-140 receipt date is Feb'20 2008..
My I-140 Approve date is Sep'24 2008
My 6 years H-1 will be completed by Jan'2010..but still my H-1 was denied..
Don't see any reason why you would be denied. You will have to wait for the denial letter.

Did anyone travel to India, by landing at Delhi Intl airport, and then proceeding to other destination city through a domestic airline?
Never been to Delhi, and I have no idea how Intl and domestic travel works in tandem...

Once while coming back from from Mumbai via Delhi, we did not have to change the flights, sat in the same flight to London.
And on other occasion where the connecting flight was Sahara to a Local Indian airport, we had to take our luggage and go to the Delhi domestic airport.
While in both cases, the Airline would arrange for the transport, Delhi has an inside route for passenger transfers(other vehicles are not allowed), while in bombay the bus goes thru the city, where the traffic is always severe.
In both the airports, if you are landing in the late morning (after 3-4am), you should follow up with the local airlines transport co-ordinator( bus driver ;)), to see what time is he gonna wake up and take you to the domestic airport.
Once when my inlaws were transferring from Bombay local to bombay international, they took a cab instead, as Jet airways did not have a bus ready to take the international passengers when they got out of the airport.

Before answering something like this, you should know what you are answering.
I think you should explain what you are saying . going back to your previous posts you don't seem to be a particularly well mannered individual.
I tried to help the guy best to my ability and I said what I believe to be true. If you can prove that I said something wrong then you should say that with appropriate links.
I don't see any harm helping others who are trying to walk on the same path of immigration as we did legally.

She already has the GC in hand.
She has been maintaining "permanent residence" for 2+ years since she got the GC in hand.
We are a little bit confused about the F4 category bit being about "unmarried and below 21 years of age".
In mosts texts we do not see "unmarried" the restriction - is it that the person for who GC has been filed needed to be bewlo 21 AND unmarried BEFORE she was issued the GC, but these restrictions do NOT matter ONCE she got the GC?

you can't file 2 concurrent i-485's with same names. But, on your AOS/485 application your spouse can be listed as beneficiary and Your spouse in her applications need to choose consular processing while filing I-140 or vice versa.this way you can use the best of both applications.

Yes. You are in status. Filing for I-485 provides you legal status. If you are without project for too long, transferring H1b might not be an option. But you can work on EAD. You will not be out of status.

I have a same question. I have my EAD but my h1b is expiring in decmber 07 which i am not planning to extend. So do I need to take my EAD and current employment letter to DMV along with tons of other documents to prove the residence status.

I am planning to apply Canada PR... here is my status...
Filed 485... currently working on EAD... no H1 any more... employer didn't extend it...
1. Should i qualify IELTS to prove english language ability... inspite of having 18 yrs of education with medium of instruction as english?
2. Since i do not have h1 any more and am on PAROLE status.... will it be difficult for me to prove that i have "real intent" of moving to Canada after getting PR?
I would appreciate any one who can throw some light on this.
