So because you don't like Financial Times it's okay for everyone that they are holding out iPad subscriptions. This is exactly what's wrong with you Apple fanboys.
You should be penalizing Apple for allowing this to happen. but instead you jump for joy.
Does this quote even make sense?
Anyway, its obvious that they want to exploit personal info. Its vital to their core business, what a joke.

Not gettin' it: people are afraid of THE GOVERNMENT getting the data, through whatever means. Most people don't give 2 craps about specifically Apple having the data.

I and missus are paying 150 / mo for this piece of crap network while you can get 4G with Android for 50. We're paying $2400 (over two year contract) idiot tax just to have iPhones. Unfortunately when we were signing up, there weren't much of an alternatives but now there are. I will never, ever, ever, ever, sign into anything with AT&T after this contract is over.

Are your additions to Intel iBook (Rumored) really necessary? They're mostly just repeating what's already been stated earlier in the article, and are misleadingly definitive for a rumor.

I've created a draft of a Style Guide (http://guides.macrumors.com/Help:Style_Guide). Most of the guidelines there are just what I thought was best, so are not final yet. Some are based on discussions in existing threads.

Good news everyone!!! You guys remember the connecticut home invasion where Dr. William Petit, his two daughters and wife were brutally attacked in their home, and the daughters and wife were tortured, raped and murdered? Well, the trial for the second suspect is going on today, and he's probably getting the death penalty!! The first suspect, steven hayes, was already sentenced to death a few months back. CHEERS!!! :D:D:D I'm so glad connecticut is one of the sane states that has a death penalty. Unfortunately my state was the first to ban it in 2007. I would say go for a good old fashioned lynching.

:( I am unable to install wiretap. when I try to unstuff it, it asks to save some preinstall thing in a folder but it says that it already exists. I naturally say save, all three documents. It unpacks, but when i click on it, it tells me that it was unable to locate files. So i am lost at the moment.

Thisthere are women who get sexually assaulted regardless of what they're wearing.
and thisit's women (the prey) who first need to stop dressing provocatively and more with class, and then men (the predator) will stop the sexual assaults.
don't seem to add up.

Hi guys. I have a Snow Leopard disk that I'm trying to use to install Snow Leopard on my aluminum MacBook. I "zero'd out" the drive from the disk and now when I try to install Snow Leopard using the very same disk I continually get a failed to download Snow Leopard after a period of time. I've tried installing S.L. twice now. Any ideas? Should I try zeroing out my disk again incase it's corrupted? Under the "failed to download" it says that necessary support files could not be installed.
Any ideas? I really want OS X on this machine again... :/

And what happens if we don't want HDCP then?
Then you cannot display the "highest" resolution version of the media. Either none, or a resolution crippled version (ie 480p vs 1080i).

I have been very rude about phones on previous posts, but I also said (check those posts!) that if it integrated a touch-screen vPod and Blackberry style capability, it would be cool. Which it is! And yes its expensive, but so were top range iPods. Leopard will come. More importantly, personal electronics have jsut changed.

Good thing I had it in my iTunes because it was gone from the store when I went to download it.
I bought Tweetie 1 when it first came out and have been relatively happy with it... now that I see Tweetie 2 is out, I was about to buy it ,when I noticed Tweetie 1 is no longer available. Doesn't anyone else see a problem with this? What happens if something happens to the Twitter API, forcing all developers of all platforms to rewrite some code. Wouldn't that mean the thousands of people who bought Tweetie 1 would be SOL?
I'm all for paying developers for coming out with newer versions of their software.. and people here are complaining about how the App Store buyers shouldn't be bitching about having to spend $3 here and there when normal Desktop apps can cost $10, $20, $30 etc.. but there's a difference... If I go to buy a Mac App, there's always the old version that I can download if I so choose.
I paid for Tweetie 1.. this means that if my computer goes, and I lose my downloaded version, i'll never be able to download it again? Or if i'm on the road and my iPhone has a problem and I want to re-download through the App Store, I can't? Sorry, but that's not acceptable to me.
Look at Pangea Software's Enigmo for example. I bought that and had fun with it. Enigmo 2 is out, but it's not replacing Enigmo... Both versions are available...
This is ridiculous. Especially when Loren and all his loyal followers are justifying the price because Tweetie 2 is a new app, not an upgrade. If that's the case then why is the app it's NOT replacing gone from the App Store?
This dude is scheisty. I wish I hadn't paid for either of his apps.

If I get the new iPod Shuffle 2G with old headphones, i'm sending it right back. That is one of the reasons I bought the Shuffle. Instead of spending $29 for some headphones I spent $50 dollars more and got a shuffle...:(
