Maybe where you live. I tried it in La Jolla, CA with Terk TV5 and I just was able to get couple channels and very choppy.Yeah I have to move my Terk TV5 antenna every time I change the channel. It's not easy. Very sensitive to antenna position A LOT.Sorry Multimedia. I even joined your yahoo group and I was very excite about the possibilities of the EyeTV500. I just turned out to be not the way you said.
It works maybe for you, but in some cases like mine require way more than what your are just saying.
I am just trying to make sure people are not going through the same hassle and disappointment I had.

Digital Broadcast TV is both a blessing and a curse. I wonder if it's a conspiracy by the cable operators to force subscriptions.

Overpriced. These games are ancient and most of them don't offer much gameplay at all. Plus it cost atari essentially nothing to put this app out. If they made it $0.99 for the hundred pack then it'd be no-brainer, we'd buy it just for the nostalgia alone. I could conceivably see paying up to $4.99 for the hundred pack for the very small handful of games that are actually worth playing. But $14.99 for these junky games? No way.
p.s., I'm not saying all old games are bad, quite the contrary, there are a lot of fantastic old games that still hold up well, but the atari era of games were especially crappy.
So buy the packs you want for 99 cents each. I bought 3 or 4 packs total, and that's all the games that I really played/remember, so I'm quite happy with that. I'm not planning on spending the full $15.

I was looking at the Canada apple refurb store and they don't have a 16gb ipad...but the U.S. one does!
...any idea why? and will we see them again in the Canadian store?? the last time they were on was right after the iPad2 announcement ($379CND which is a ripoff compared to the US store where it's $329...but still a good deal!)

My question is - with the introduction of Thunderbolt through the Display Ports, do you guys think current model will be updated soon (so that the display support daisy chaining)?

So you can get a 1TB hard drive for $80.... 12,000 of those.... not that big of an expenditure tbf.
1TB Fiber Channel , 15K RPM SAS drives or SSD are much more expensive. You don't really use desktop harddrives in a SAN.

Yeah, I don't care one way or the other. At my parents' house, five iPods are fed from a single computer. But only one of these is even capable of playing video. And how often are people watching full-length movies on iPods? Other than maybe traveling, they'll watch on the iTV or on the computer itself.
On the other hand, it would add an unnecessary complication to things.Could this be more of an issue with the impending introduction of iTV. I could just see a college dorm where one guys iTunes movies could be played simultaneously on hundreds of iTVs Maybe a long shot.

I keep seeing it discussed but I don't know what it is. What is the best way to fold? What gets me the most points I know I can add things to the advanced section what do I put? And what is passkey.
Passkey make you even more unique since it verifies it is actually you the one folding points. At least that's how I get it. Furthermore, with a passkey, you get more bonuses than without.

Just purchased a 9700 pre flashed for Mac for about �4 more than a standard PC card. Was too good to pass up. That and 666Sheep's point that it runs cooler.
Ram has not arrived yet but it is coming from Canada so I'll not complain too much.
Just cant find 10.5 for less that �90 odd (US$160) :mad: :( :eek:

This is my first post. It takes a lot for me to stop being a lurker, but the idea that any user can resize a textarea on a site I design, dynamically redrawing the page, is among the dumbest ideas I've ever heard. This will break valid page layouts in new and unheard of ways. Designers make form elements a size and shape for a reason.
I look forward to finding a way using JavaScript to disable that feature the day that browser is released.

My phone is on its last leg, dropping calls all of the time, have to charge it 3 times a day. If I had known this, I would have already bought a 4...
Blaming Apple is pointless. If your phone isn't working to your satisfaction, get it repaired or purchase a new phone. 3gS is still working very well as a product, my roommate has one and has no complaints about its functionality, nor do a lot of 3gs users. Anticipating on technology companies to be consistent is a wasted guessing game.
I hardly think that Apple is specifically targeting 3gS users to bend over and get screwed. There is more going on globally this year which tends to affect how companies anticipate product releases.

I have a FlipHD, and it automatically syncs all my movies into iphoto. Does iphoto compress or alter (loss of quality) these videos by merely syncing them?
